I'm a software engineer and engineering leader with 22+ years of experience building products and teams. I've led engineering at Agoda, Gojek, PropertyGuru, Central Group, HiAcuity, and I currently serve as CTO of Afford-X.

At GMI I built a 24-person offshore engineering team in Colombo from scratch, which helped scale the company from $1M to $5M in revenue. That experience — and the repeat engagements that followed at Central and HiAcuity — taught me exactly where traditional freelance, offshore, and staff-aug models break.

Bridgestack is my answer. A studio where a team of AI agents — briefed by a voice-and-video AI project manager named Tom — builds custom software at one flat price, with the source code yours on payment. It's the version of offshore engineering I've been trying to build my whole career, finally unlocked by what current AI can do.
